You have great mechanics and great service writers. I have had a third jasper engine replacement within 11 months due to 2 defective motors. The first motor being installed by another shop took you 3 days. The second took 25. It should have been the shops priority!

I had a pleasant experience with getting repair work and inspection on my rv, the only concern I initially had was that I had at 0800 appointment, and work didn't start until 0840 but the job took less than I thought so it was a wash.
