THE DIAGNOSTIC WAS POOR DUE TO THEY STRICTLY WENT OFF WHAT A COMPUTER READ BACK. THE TRUCK SHOULD HAVE BEEN TEST DROVE TO BETTER EVALUATE WHAT THE MECHANICAL ISSUES ARE. THE PRICING WAS BY FAR THE HIGHEST THAN ALL OTHERS IN THE TIDEWATER AREA THAT WE GOT ESTIMATES FROM. SO HIGH THAT WE WILL NO LONGER CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY FOR OUR FUTURE AMBULANCE FLEET SERVICE OR REPAIRS. WE ARE A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR AMBULANCE SERVICE IN PORTSMOUTH AND THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT CONSIDERED AT ALL.
