I have never met such honest and genuine people in business then I have with West service center. I was told when I went there to ask for Adam. Finally after seeing so many unhappy people at another service shop Adam comes out with a smile on his face and greets me and was very kind to me. He turned me over to mr. West who is a very delightful and knowledgeable gentleman. Work was done right and I was very happy with everything that was done in the people there. I give West Silver Center 10 Stars.

The only thing I didn’t like was I felt that the first day my car really wasn’t worked on. I have no proof, but based on my conversation with your rep, I got that feeling. Other than that your service was good and in the end I was satisfied.
