Made a call for a tow on Saturday, after realizing I had a diesel leak on my dually, they came to the house to pick up my truck on Monday morning at 10 as they said.. called on Tuesday with a diagnosis and estimate, also found a leak on brake booster, had a price for that repair as well, both prices were fair, they fixed the truck in a timely manor and the bill was actually a few bucks cheaper than the estimate. Great service as always, fair and honest... can't go wrong with west service center!
