West Service Center is a place you can trust with any type of vehicle. West Service completed a major repair for our Class A Motorcoach, 28 foot room slide-out. Our experience with the Staff, beginning to end and front to back, was better than I have had in years. For example, Adam works the front desk, he continuosly kept us updated during parts ordering, warranty company interactions, shipmen to reciept of parts, repair time estimate and status. This was very important since we were staying in a motel nearby. Robert West and his Certified Technicians have many years of experience. This was particularly valuable for us since the repair involved not only replacement parts but an entire slide-system upgrade from Winnebago Industires. We were very fortunate to have this breakdown near Chesapeake, VA., which by the way, is where some the friendliest people in the country live.
