Excellent service, courteous help, honest people - I would highly recommend West Service Center to everyone needing auto or truck service.

Always busy but worth the wait.

I used early drop off to leave a vehicle for a front end alignment. Around 8am I received a call asking if there was a particular reason for the alignment. (pulling to one side or another, or some other complaint) I told them I just wanted it aligned since it had been a while, and I wanted to make sure it was still OK. They called and told me it was completed before noon, so I was able to pick it up over lunch time. I received a copy of the alignment information for before and after, and am very satisfied with the service.

These are an honest group of people that do amazing work. Very friendly.
