I was able to drop off the trailer in the morning and cathch a ride to work. They allowed me to leave the truck and trailer until I could get it in the afternoon. Excellent service.

I felt mistreated by being bumped back in the inspection line due to your inspector getting excited over the customer that checked in after me having a Mustang cobra and getting inspected before me.

I own a limousine company called Horseless Carriage Limousine.. and when we had a problem with our super stretch limousine West service center was the ONLY service center that would not only look at but fix it in the same day.... saving HCL alot of money in the process. I HIGHLY recommend West service center.

West Service Center is under contract with our company to transport equipment throughout the southeastern part of Virginia. We count on them and they always provide superior and timely service to our company.

There is a nice large flat screen TV in the lounge but there is no cable so the customers can't watch it. It would be nice to have guest WiFi.

Our Double Decker Bus could not have been in better hands at West Service Center. They took great care of "Stella". They spent the time and effort to figure out all her unique needs. They are the best!

Had the need for new wiper blades and that was identified and provided and a price equivelent to if I had done them myself. A couple of other recommendations were made, inluding a battery kit due to some very bad corrosion on my positive post that had been hidden under the protective boot. It looked like a Chia pet was growing under there. I went and got a kit and did that myself. So the inspection was fast, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend them.

I generally try to keep up with my own vehicle maintenance, but have had items pointed out in the past that I need to address. I have always found West Service Center to be fair, competant, and understanding with regards to my immediate and future needs.
