I took my car here a few times for inspection. Always been a good experience, because I never had to actually talk to the mechanic, but the one time we had to let the inspector know about how to operate something, he was not interested in listening or paying attention at all. It doesn't hurt to have good customer service regardless of how you feel about what is needed to be said. I don't care how well you can fix something, your attitude is what determines whether or not someone will return. It was an older guy though...
