Chesapeake Auto Repair

Since I have had the pads replaced and the rotors turned the car shakes when I hit the brakes. One more bad experience that we have had at West Service Center. I have to take the car and get the brakes and rotors properly repaired now.

They will keep at it until it's fixed which is a good thing. When the bill comes, however, there's always additional unjustified costs. This is the main problem I have every time I bring my vehicles in for repair - they need to work on this.

My SUV broke dwon on 64 East service was quick and resonably priced. Unfortunatley the required repair exceededthe value of the truck so I donated to a charity for sale. West Services allowed me to leave the vehicle there for the charity to pick up a couple of days later. I am very appreciative. The front desk support was extremley nice an pleasant to deal with.

West took great care of the work I needed done. Very satisfied with eveyone and evrything. I will be sure to tell my friends and family of the great service and workmanship they provided. Thanks again for everything.

Stopped in for a state inspection near lunch time, although the inspector was preparing to go to lunch he agreed to take care of my vehicle before going....THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE...it was really a great experience all around...Thanks much, I will be using your services again.Keep up the good work.
