I am a repeat customer because my first experience was excellent. The service of my RV was performed in a timely manner while I waited. Clean and professional.

First of all, I have to accept responsibility for not asking ahead of time. I had my vehicle in there for an oil change and tire rotation. I was notified approx. 2 hours later via phone that my battery needed to be checked. I informed the caller that my battery was only about a year old. I was informed that it would be a good idea to have the terminals cleaned and lubricated and a few testing procedures performed. I gave the go ahead assuming this cost would be at a minimum. Well this service ended up costing me approx. $40.00 which was a third of the bill. I may not be mechanically trained, but I have taken my terminals off and cleaned them and also lubricated my posts. I do believe this charge was outrageous and I will have to re-consider whether or not I will bring my business back.

I have been dealing with WSC for years and have always had a good reltionship. When there were any issues, they were worked out quickly and wereto both of our satisfaction. Good people, quality service.

I have been very happy with my experience in obtaining the Commonwealth of Virginia Vehicle Inspection Sticker for our 1995 Fleetwood Bounder Motorhome. They are excellent!!

I brought my vehicle in to have a patch put in as I had run over a piece of glass. I was told the tire was unable to be patched, and a plug would have to be put in AND I would need a new tire (~$245 cost). The tire in question was nearly brand new, so I checked with other repair shops in the area. BOTH of the other locations told me that it could be patched and that they discourages me from buying a new tire all together. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO WEST SERVICE STATION. Very Deceitful.

This was my 3rd or 4th visit to West Service and I received great customer service and the repairs were completed quickly and at a fair price. Very Happy Customer! Hard to find a good service center.

I have been bringing my RV there for state inspections for several years. it is the easiest place to get in and out of and the staff is extremely curteous at all times.

As always West Service center does a great job on whatever task is required, I have used their facility for all most all of my car and trailer related repairs/inspections. The personnel there are always willing to answer my questions and provide service in a timely manner. I would and do tell my friends about them. To all the guys/gals there, Thank you!
