My experience with WEST Service has been excellent as it has been for years. Staff are kind, considerate, and experienced.

The vehicle had recently been purchased, and while it seemed sound, it needed an inspection. There were no issues found during the inspection, but now I have the peace of mind of knowing I am driving a safe vehicle. The inspection was completed earlier than expected and I receieved a phone call to let me know it was done. Thanks West.

Arrived mid-day on a Saturday for an inspection. In and out in 50 minutes. Outstanding service. That's why I drive from Virginia Beach to West Service Center.

Had a flat tire that I dropped off on my way to work. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My tire was repaired without incident and all of the extra, unsolicited, suggestions that most car repair shops impose upon their customers.

Since I have had the pads replaced and the rotors turned the car shakes when I hit the brakes. One more bad experience that we have had at West Service Center. I have to take the car and get the brakes and rotors properly repaired now.

They will keep at it until it's fixed which is a good thing. When the bill comes, however, there's always additional unjustified costs. This is the main problem I have every time I bring my vehicles in for repair - they need to work on this.

My SUV broke dwon on 64 East service was quick and resonably priced. Unfortunatley the required repair exceededthe value of the truck so I donated to a charity for sale. West Services allowed me to leave the vehicle there for the charity to pick up a couple of days later. I am very appreciative. The front desk support was extremley nice an pleasant to deal with.

West took great care of the work I needed done. Very satisfied with eveyone and evrything. I will be sure to tell my friends and family of the great service and workmanship they provided. Thanks again for everything.
