I brought my vehicle in to have a patch put in as I had run over a piece of glass. I was told the tire was unable to be patched, and a plug would have to be put in AND I would need a new tire (~$245 cost). The tire in question was nearly brand new, so I checked with other repair shops in the area. BOTH of the other locations told me that it could be patched and that they discourages me from buying a new tire all together. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO WEST SERVICE STATION. Very Deceitful.

This was my 3rd or 4th visit to West Service and I received great customer service and the repairs were completed quickly and at a fair price. Very Happy Customer! Hard to find a good service center.

I have been bringing my RV there for state inspections for several years. it is the easiest place to get in and out of and the staff is extremely curteous at all times.

As always West Service center does a great job on whatever task is required, I have used their facility for all most all of my car and trailer related repairs/inspections. The personnel there are always willing to answer my questions and provide service in a timely manner. I would and do tell my friends about them. To all the guys/gals there, Thank you!

The vehicle had recently been purchased, and while it seemed sound, it needed an inspection. There were no issues found during the inspection, but now I have the peace of mind of knowing I am driving a safe vehicle. The inspection was completed earlier than expected and I receieved a phone call to let me know it was done. Thanks West.

Arrived mid-day on a Saturday for an inspection. In and out in 50 minutes. Outstanding service. That's why I drive from Virginia Beach to West Service Center.

Had a flat tire that I dropped off on my way to work. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My tire was repaired without incident and all of the extra, unsolicited, suggestions that most car repair shops impose upon their customers.
