The problem with the RV should have destroyed the whole New Years weekend. However, your assistance with the towing, staying around the shop to analysis the problem, Tom taking us to the airport to get a rental car, and the timely repair the RV, made the whole weekend quite memorable. We can not thank you enough.

I was very appreciative of Chris's attentive service at the front desk and their helpful attitude in getting my service done, BUT........the freshly cleaned carpet was left with ugly grease spots, especially in front of the driver's seat. it was evident there was no protective paper mats laid down to prevent this which is the first time I have had service at any garage where they weren't used. They would have easily prevented the soiling. I had placed floor mats in the walk way, but there were even some spots of soiling next to the mats. Also the entry door was severely soiled by greasy hands, as was the hood. I had just also washed and waxed the RV before getting service. If it hadn't been for these unpleasant factors, I would have rated the service 5 stars.

We had a out yearly inspection done on our jeep. As usual we were treated with a friendly welcome and speedy service. West is the best and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I live out of state and was looking on the internet for a service center to inspect a motorhome I was negotiating to buy. West Service Center had some very good reviews so I called them. From the moment they answered the phone I could tell they were both reputable and professional in their approach to full customer service. Having talked to a few other centers in the area I decided to use Robert West and his organization. Robert personally handled the inspection and took all the time necessary to explain his findings. After 4 hours of detailed work I was convinced I had made a good choice. I would recommend and use them again anytime.

I called around 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon for a state inspection and inquired how long of a wait. I was told none and also that the center would be closing at 4:00, but if I could get the truck in no later than 2) til $. they could do it. I arrived shortly after 3 and at 4:10 i was driving home with a new inspection. Frank has always worked on my cars, trucks, bikes, and yes even our horse trailer. I will always use West Service Center for the respect and courtesy of Frank Krimmel (I think that's his last name). He really knows his stuff!!
