As always, I was treated in a courteous professional manner. I used the key drop and there was a problem in processing, the result of which was the inspection was not completed as timely as it should have been. As usual, I was informed of any items that would be requiring attention in the near future or before the next annual inspection, which I appreciate without a "hard-sell" approach trying to push the services on me.
