I have been using West Service Center for my vehicles since 2002. Recently, my transmission on my 15 year old pick up truck needed to be replaced. I called for a tow truck to recover the vehicle from my home. The tow truck driver arrived promptly within the hour. He was very friendly and professional. He took special notice of all of my Army Veteran stickers and license plates on the vehicle and he gave my vehicle extra care and caution with respect for my status as a war veteran. The following day, West Service Center called and confirmed that my transmission was out and would need to be replaced. The service writer offered me an estimate and then took off a very large Military discount. She was very friendly and polite. She was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation or delay. She also told me when they expected the work to be complete. Everything went as planned and promised. West Service Center completed the work on time and within the original estimate with the Military Discount. They also found a problem with my front suspension and they were able to repair it for only an additional sixty dollars. If that were not repaired then the resulting tire wear would have cost far more. Quite honestly, this is just the type of professionalism that have come to know from West Service Center over the past eleven years with three different vehicles. This shop has proven to be reliable over many others that I have tried.

We had our transmission replaced and its so nice to have the truck up and running normally again. It drives like a brand new truck. The Jasper transmission was chosen over the dealerships replacement . Jasper had a better price and warranty was three times longer . West service center bent over backwards to insure I was happy, and I am. Thanks to all at West service center for a job well done.

I made a recent visit for a State Inspection. All went well. No hassles, just an inspection. There was a short in a wire to one of my parking lights. The short was repaired and a Military discount was applied to the cost.

Only had a trailer inspection but as always the service and staff was great.
