Very courteous and professional staff with an understanding that my time is valuable to me. I was able to get my vehicle in and inspected, quickly. Also, they recommended areas that could potentially cause problems in the future that I would now have time to address before my next inspection. I like and appreciate that concern for my vehicle as well as myself. A great and well managed business with competent and highly trained technicians.

Dropped my vehicle off at 10:00 for an inspection-they called me at 5:30 told me my vehicle was ready, i said i would be right there, she told me the office was already closed she would put the key behind my tire and call me in the morning for payment. Not the greatest service i've ever had.

Arrived Saturday morning, May 17th. To have our camper inspected. Greeted by the service writer. She was very informative, lots of knowledge, & friendly! She was very bubbly, and must love her job. There were several people before me which was not a problem. She explained to me that it would be about an hour or so. And it was just about that time. I am very happy with all that played a part in having our camper inspected. I will be referring all my friends to your business. Thank you and see you next year! or sooner if I need any work done. Very courteous and professional. I needed to get my boat trailer inspected on a Saturday. West Service Center made time to get me taken care of when nobody else could. I would highly recommend them!
