I tried twice to work this place but each time they charged high repair prices that were unnecessay. They adjusted the first bill because they charged $500 more than they quoted me which was still too high. My bill their after the adjustment was still $1500 for a steering gear box and pump.They mark up their parts 35% and charge you for the core then they keep your core part. Then my second rip off was they charged me a dianostic charge when I already told them what was wrong and nothing got fixed on my vehicle. $106 dollars for nothing. Also their labor rates are as high as a dealer. I hope this warns you enough to stay away from this unethical business.

I just had major service work done and I want to commend them on the quality of their work. I brought my vehicle in with multiple problems and even more questions. Took Vehicle in for routine Oil Change. Job was done quickly and professionally. They even found a leaky gasket that needed changing.

Being a single mother ,I have often found myself relying on different service stations (in years past) to provide me with dependable transportation. The old cliche' about women being taken advantage of was well lived out in my life until a friend told me of West's Service Center. My friend was an 70 year old woman who had found West's when it was in "the little shop". She told me that Robert West would never take advantage I a woman. She said he was very trust worthy. In the last few years I have found this to be true. I only allow the mechanics at west to repair my car. Every time I've had an issue they have taken care of it promptly. They tell me what must be fixed and even what can wait to be fixed if I'm tight on budget. I've never felt like a "girl" when I walk in to the front office. The desk staff always treats me like I'm just as important as the BMW owner that may have walked in before me. There is no apparent discrimination between who is a "bi wig" or small potatoes. I could go on forever. I appreciate feeling like a valuable customer. It is rare to be sure in the Auto Industry!

Staff was extremely competent and helpful. I was scheduled for a state inspection. My right front turn signal was out and is still out but, other than that, the service was excellent. Mike

The service was quick! We were in and out within a half an hour. We arrived just before lunch time to have our trailer inspected. The service man decided to go ahead and take care of us before going to lunch and he also checked the tire pressure for us. We truly appreciated his willingness to serve us so quickly. Cathy Dooley

I dropped my vehicle off for a state inspection just after noon and they called at 2:15pm to let me know it was ready. One of the backup bulbs needed to be replaced. They simply charged me for the bulb. A whole $1.75. I'll definitely be back.
