I used early drop off for an inspection while I went to work. The vehicle had no problems and the inspection passed with no problems. West called me shortly after they had opened for business to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up.

In and out with no issues. Service call completed ahead of schedule. Nice people to deal with. Customer waiting area clean and functional.

The tow truck drivers are rude & very slow. If you're stranded & need a tow call another tow company.

My insurance company referred West Service Center to me as a towing option. A kind man named Brian arrived within the quoted time. Instead of immediately towing my truck, he asked what was wrong with it and then proceeded to fix it. In a flash. Like, completely effortlessly. He reset the key. He shared some tips, knowledge, and the wisdom he's acquired in his many years in this industry. His expertise and genuineness meant everything. And not having to tow my truck was a relief. He cared! That's a rarity. West Service Center, Inc. is now actually the first place I'll go to should my vehicle encounter any issues again.

We have used them several years in a row for state inspections but never had any work on our vehicles done at this location. We were always please with their service. Recently we took our truck in for inspection they said there was some work that needed to be done on the truck. We agreed to let them do it, they gave us a reasonable price. When we picked the truck up my husband drove it and heard a terrible noise, upon inspection he saw that the bolts holding a part together had not been tighten down. He could have had a serious accident and been hurt. He tightened them down then drove back to this location, the took a look at it, and apologized. I would have like to have something offered for their mistake.
