Dropped my vehicle off at 10:00 for an inspection-they called me at 5:30 told me my vehicle was ready, i said i would be right there, she told me the office was already closed she would put the key behind my tire and call me in the morning for payment. Not the greatest service i've ever had.

Arrived Saturday morning, May 17th. To have our camper inspected. Greeted by the service writer. She was very informative, lots of knowledge, & friendly! She was very bubbly, and must love her job. There were several people before me which was not a problem. She explained to me that it would be about an hour or so. And it was just about that time. I am very happy with all that played a part in having our camper inspected. I will be referring all my friends to your business. Thank you and see you next year! or sooner if I need any work done. Very courteous and professional. I needed to get my boat trailer inspected on a Saturday. West Service Center made time to get me taken care of when nobody else could. I would highly recommend them!

Good quick service

I tried twice to work this place but each time they charged high repair prices that were unnecessay. They adjusted the first bill because they charged $500 more than they quoted me which was still too high. My bill their after the adjustment was still $1500 for a steering gear box and pump.They mark up their parts 35% and charge you for the core then they keep your core part. Then my second rip off was they charged me a dianostic charge when I already told them what was wrong and nothing got fixed on my vehicle. $106 dollars for nothing. Also their labor rates are as high as a dealer. I hope this warns you enough to stay away from this unethical business.

I just had major service work done and I want to commend them on the quality of their work. I brought my vehicle in with multiple problems and even more questions. They resolved all my problems and relieved my mind to those worrisome questions. I want to thank all of the personnel at West Service Center. I will recommend you to everyone!! Thank you!! Took Vehicle in for routine Oil Change. Job was done quickly and professionally. They even found a leaky gasket that needed changing.
