I took a chance in bringing my car late Saturday afternoon. West Service Center took care of my car and everything was great.

I arrived just before 7:30 AM on a Thursday for a Virginia State Inspection. They opened the doors at 7:30 and there were about 4 people there, I was #2. My fifth wheel was taken back and was completed and I was out the door shortly after 8 AM. First time visiting West Service Center and I was pleased with the service and facility.

If you need a tow, call someone else. Had an hour wait, but will attribute that to weather. Driver of the tow truck was extremely rude.
