Outside of one inspection it was my first trip to West. I thought they did well. The only little bit of heartburn was charging me to look at my brakes. In my opinion since I gave them the brake work, they should not have wanted me to charge the $50 fee for that (which they discounted after my protest). I can see charging someone if they check the brakes and then the customer decides to get the work done elsewhere... but if I already told them my brakes were bad coming in and if I am giving them the brake work, then that is a fee that should be waived because hey have to look at the brakes to do the work anyways. It makes a customer feel like they are being nickel and dimed with an unnecessary fee.If not for that I would say 5 stars.
