We were trying to get out of town on vacation and had a bunch of lights pop up on the dash. We would be going by West Service Center on our way so I called them and explained our situation. When we arrived, they were just finishing up another coach and went right to work on ours. They stayed on it until it was fixed and we were on our way, thanks to Bob West and his crew. incidently, the coach they were just finishing up on was one that I had referred to them.

Very dissatisfied! Brought my motor coach in for service oil change and filters including the generator with state inspection.brought in on Wed Dec.30 finally after six days was able to pickup due to not having the coach plugged into shore power to keep batteries charged? Then was told that the coach had bad batteries? I asked West to make sure the generator will start (NOT) I had to prime it to start it to charge the batteries! 6 days for a oil change West should be ashamed of their performance Grease Monkey brags 15 minutes just saying! I will not be taking any of my vehicles to West for service in the future and will not be recommending them to anyone! I believe I will be using Tidewater Towing for all my service work now on!

Adam and the crew were very professional and helpful in finding and repairing the issues with my vehicle.

Have problems with the repairs under warranty every time that I receive my vehicle bach from the shop. It is never fixed to any standard but just enough to get it out the door. The shop is reluctant to work with you on any issues.

Excellent service provided by knowledgable technicians.

The people were helpful and polite. The work was completed and checked before giving back to me. The wait however was long due to problem with the lugnuts I was told early on about the problelm.
