State inspection was due for my vehicle, the service center informed me after lunch would be a good time. I arrived back after 1pm took these guys only 30mins, I was done out the door. These people are top professionals, and honest with there prices. Always a good exprience.

We have been using West Service Center for about ten years now. This last experience was absolutely horrible. Every time I called to get an update on our service, I was told someone would call me back. They never did. My vehicle was there for over a week. On the last day I called I was told the vehicle would be ready that afternoon. It wasn't. We were never quoted a price for the repair until the vehicle was finished. I am very disappointed we received from West. We are thinking of going elsewhere for out vehicle services.

I was waiting at the shop at 6 am, to be first for a state inspection. Was told was would be second because they were finishing up one from the night before. The inspector, Frank was polite and courtious He was done in twenty minutes and away we went.

The service personnel that I encountered were efficient and polite. Waiting time was not long as I thought it might be since I did not have an appointment. Problem found was corrected and I was on my way in less than 2 hours.

I only have good things to say about West Service Center. I found you guys by accident but you have a customer for life now. All repairs done to my truck was done in a timely manner with a professional attitude and results. I would also like to commend Adam and your service department who went way beyond the call of duty working with my less than desirable warranty company. Many, many thanks. Bob

We were very pleased with the service at West Service Center. The staff is friendly and helpful; they gave us an appointment right away and performed the work quickly; they called with a diagnosis so that we could decide what to do and the price for the work seemed reasonable. We will use them again when we need service on our motorhome.
