I love west service center, they service all the buses for my company. My company Tabb Healthcare, LLC provides services to individuals with severe intellectual and physical handicaps, and the buses we own are their only means to explore and enjoy their community. Without the help of west service center the precious individuals at Tabb Healthcare would not have the amazing quality of life they currently enjoy. P.S. Adam rocks!

I took my Rv to get the front end aligned and the ac fixed. Ac worked fine but the wheel still wasn't straight. The realigned it and now it's perfect. The price was fair too I would have given 5 stars if the alignment was right the first time. All in all I'm very satisfied !!! Good job !!!!

State inspection was due for my vehicle, the service center informed me after lunch would be a good time. I arrived back after 1pm took these guys only 30mins, I was done out the door. These people are top professionals, and honest with there prices. I will be back instead of going car dealership and getting rip-off...Thanks West Service Center Please stay with your values it shows!

Always a good exprience.

We have been using West Service Center for about ten years now. This last experience was absolutely horrible. Every time I called to get an update on our service, I was told someone would call me back. They never did. My vehicle was there for over a week. On the last day I called I was told the vehicle would be ready that afternoon. It wasn't. We were never quoted a price for the repair until the vehicle was finished. I am very disappointed we received from West. We are thinking of going elsewhere for out vehicle services.

I was waiting at the shop at 6 am, to be first for a state inspection. Was told was would be second because they were finishing up one from the night before. The inspector, Frank was polite and courtious He was done in twenty minutes and away we went.

The service personnel that I encountered were efficient and polite. Waiting time was not long as I thought it might be since I did not have an appointment. Problem found was corrected and I was on my way in less than 2 hours.
