These guys are crooks! Stay far away!

Driver was rude. The people in accounting are very rude. I am struggling just to get a invoice emailed to me for services paid.

waited 4 hours for a tow and they never showed up. had to call insurance company to arrange another towing company.

Just been there for flat tire in my trailer . They charge 130 $ for patch . Saying it’s 1 hour work . . But all work was 30 min . When other places charge 60 $ for same job . Greedy Piople for sure . Stay away if you have choice . Ddefinatelly not goin to use them again. Work was done okey , but prices are very expensive . Use other places if you can

Just calling to ask price to have led third brake light disconnected and covered so the vehicle can be inspected. Have already been advised that by law it can be removed it would just have to be disconnected and blacked out. Individual answer the phone who tried to tell me that it had to be inspected with the light in and working informed him of the law even wanted to tell me to bring it up to have one of his inspectors look at it why would I waste my time. Familiarize yourself with the state laws.

Hi Denise, we can assure you that we are very familiar with motor vehicle laws and operate in full compliance with state and local laws, as well as the Virginia State Police Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection Manual. Per VA CODE 19VAC30-7-190 (pgs 67-68), your vehicle inspection would be rejected due to an inoperable 3rd brake light. When it comes to both safety and Virginia state law, we cannot make any exceptions.
