I have been going there for years, I recently purchased a new Honda Accord Hybrid. I needed a State Inspection. Stopped in on Wednesday afternoon around 1:15 and I was out of their by 2:00 PM. Adam the front desk reception was awesome got me in with ease and I just love going there. They are always helpful and fast with their service. Thank you to your team. Rip off.....had them check everything to let me know if anything needed fixed (already knew brakes needed replaced) they hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and told us what needed done price high (charging for parts almost 3xs what you can get them on you your own) we went over price about 5xs just to make sure this was final nothing else was wrong ...after they start we get that b.s. call 📞 we're sorry we missed something now your total is going up by $6000 really not happening you lied your trying to rip me off will never go back again.... Came in for state inspection on a travel trailer. Service was quick and easy. Answered my questions on the phone beforehand, very simple in and out of the lot. Great experience

Recommended to me by a friend. A bit of a drive but they work on almost anything. RVs to cars.. gas or diesel. Super friendly staff. Timely service. Professional facility. I will definitely be bringing them mor of my vehicles.

The work they do is well done, they make a habit of not completing requested work. I requested my rocker arms and cams replaced, they only did a partial job. My wife's jeep came back from service with the check engine light still on after we specifically requested it be looked at. I took my work truck in for an inspection, oil change and because I was slowly loosing coolant. They inspected it, diagnosed and replaced the water pump and never did an oil change. I picked it up after hours and found the check engine light on. On the first trip I discovered the cooling issue was not resolved. The problem turned out to be a cracked thermostat housing. West Service Center merely said my guy has been doing this for twenty years and doesn't make mistakes. Just be aware and wary of unnecessary up-charges. We will not be using their services anymore.
