West Service Center has taken care of our RV for the last 5 years. They are very good at what they do. They listen to what you are explaining and their mechanics and techs as excellent. The front office folks are very patient and good at explaining what is being done and letting you know when there is a holdup due to parts availability. They are great!

Showed up for a State Inspection on my daughter's travel trailer, was told several others ahead of us wait would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They got Tony's in an hour, and trailer was in and out of the inspection bay in about 15 minutes or so. Office staff friendly and professional.
