Recommended to me by a friend. A bit of a drive but they work on almost anything. RVs to cars.. gas or diesel. Super friendly staff. Timely service. Professional facility. I will definitely be bringing them mor of my vehicles.

Rip off.....had them check everything to let me know if anything needed fixed (already knew brakes needed replaced) they hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and told us what needed done price high (charging for parts almost 3xs what you can get them on you your own) we went over price about 5xs just to make sure this was final nothing else was wrong ...after they start we get that b.s. call 📞 we're sorry we missed something now your total is going up by $6000 really not happening you lied your trying to rip me off will never go back again....

The work they do is well done, they make a habit of not completing requested work. I requested my rocker arms and cams replaced, they only did a partial job. My wife's jeep came back from service with the check engine light still on after we specifically requested it be looked at. I took my work truck in for an inspection, oil change and because I was slowly loosing coolant. They inspected it, diagnosed and replaced the water pump and never did an oil change. I picked it up after hours and found the check engine light on. On the first trip I discovered the cooling issue was not resolved. The problem turned out to be a cracked thermostat housing. West Service Center merely said my guy has been doing this for twenty years and doesn't make mistakes. Just be aware and wary of unnecessary up-charges. We will not be using their services anymore. Took the guy 3 hours to remove one screw that broke in my oil pan. Shouldn't take that long. Had all the parts for the job to be completed and everything. Never coming back here.

Once again West delivered professional and timely customer service. When I picked up my travel trailer the technician came out and gave me an update on what he found when repacking the wheel bearings. As usual I over did it and there was too much grease in there from last year when I did the bearings myself. I continue to be a happy customer. I can see coming here each year to have my RV serviced.
