I have a new Thor Class A RV and the head lights were out of adjustment. I contacted West Service Center and they had me in and out in just a couple of days (drop-off and pickup the next day). I have been going there for years, I recently purchased a new Honda Accord Hybrid. I needed a State Inspection. Stopped in on Wednesday afternoon around 1:15 and I was out of their by 2:00 PM. Adam the front desk reception was awesome got me in with ease and I just love going there. They are always helpful and fast with their service. Thank you to your team. Rip off.....had them check everything to let me know if anything needed fixed (already knew brakes needed replaced) they hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and told us what needed done price high (charging for parts almost 3xs what you can get them on you your own) we went over price about 5xs just to make sure this was final nothing else was wrong ...after they start we get that b.s. call 📞 we're sorry we missed something now your total is going up by $6000 really not happening you lied your trying to rip me off will never go back again....
