called about getting my r.v. state inspection updated. service writers said "come right down, we can do it". I was there within an hour and everything went great. The less hassel the better. We will see you soon with our truck when its time for the tune up and brake job. thanks again , steve.

same as last service on my motorcoach...grease on white drivers seat and greasy boot print on drivers carpet...used to put paper on floor. last time west called and said sorry bring it back and we will clean it...well who will pay for my time and gas? The "Complete PM Service was VERY fast and Very Expensive. I ask if I needed to be picked up or if I could wait, was told they would check and let me know after thirty minutes I told desk that I would have my wife pick me up. I was home 10minutes and was called to come back it was ready.....very poor communication.

The back and forth from the tow shop to the service center sucked. No communication from the tow shop to the front service center after the front service center said to give all my info to the tow shop. Glad I called back.Very expensive tow from a very short location. Findings from your technician said I needed a new motor. Quote you all gave me $5995.00. Our second opinion found we had a broken rocker arm. Had it replace for $269. Car runs awesome now. I will not ever use West again nor will I recommend West services.

After only briefly stating the problems with my truck, the techs identified the problem and repairs were completed in a timely fashion.

Brought my 2013 CTS in for it's second oil change and was asked if I wanted synthetic oil and I told the service writer no. When I can back to pick up my car the bill was $86.00 because of the synthetic oil that was used. I was very disappointed and asked why? Nobody even acted concerned that the error was made. I have been bringing my vehicles to you for years but that all ended Friday the 19th.

WEST SERVICE HAS BEEN REAL FIRM AND ON TOP OF THINGS THAT OVERALL I COULD NOT HANDLE THEY KEPT EVERY ITEM ON RIGHT TRACK AND SHARE IDEAL THAT KEPT ME ON IN WHAT WAS GOING ON WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO SERVICE OF OUR FLEET.

I've never had a problem with the quality of work and friendly service provided. This is just a small concern that I have. I understand that you have to charge for labor. But when it calls for the service of replacing a water pump and then a serpentine place; why charge me labor for replacing the belt when it had to go if it were old or new.
