Everyone that we came into contact with were wonderful. The service was top notch as far the mechanic also. He was careful and respected our motorhome as if it were his. I was able to meet the owner as well. I enjoyed talking to him. He has built a very respectable business through the years. Adam the service writer assisted us in making our entire experience very smooth because we are full timers was very nice.

I have entrusted my Bounder Motorhome to Robert and his great team of technicians at West Service Center for several years now. Their knowledge of RVs is extensive and their work is excellent! I feel like I am treated as part of the family and well cared for. West Service Center is a place you can trust with any type of vehicle. West Service completed a major repair for our Class A Motorcoach, 28 foot room slide-out. Our experience with the Staff, beginning to end and front to back, was better than I have had in years. For example, Adam works the front desk, he continuosly kept us updated during parts ordering, warranty company interactions, shipmen to reciept of parts, repair time estimate and status. This was very important since we were staying in a motel nearby. Robert West and his Certified Technicians have many years of experience. This was particularly valuable for us since the repair involved not only replacement parts but an entire slide-system upgrade from Winnebago Industires. We were very fortunate to have this breakdown near Chesapeake, VA., which by the way, is where some the friendliest people in the country live.

THE DIAGNOSTIC WAS POOR DUE TO THEY STRICTLY WENT OFF WHAT A COMPUTER READ BACK. THE TRUCK SHOULD HAVE BEEN TEST DROVE TO BETTER EVALUATE WHAT THE MECHANICAL ISSUES ARE. THE PRICING WAS BY FAR THE HIGHEST THAN ALL OTHERS IN THE TIDEWATER AREA THAT WE GOT ESTIMATES FROM. SO HIGH THAT WE WILL NO LONGER CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY FOR OUR FUTURE AMBULANCE FLEET SERVICE OR REPAIRS. WE ARE A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR AMBULANCE SERVICE IN PORTSMOUTH AND THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT CONSIDERED AT ALL.
