My husband took our RV in for a state inspection and oil change. He was pleased with the service they provided. The tech was able to advise and answer questions he had about the frequency of oil changes and tires.

We had multiple things go wrong on our Older RV within the last year and thinking I could repair them I tried to no avail. Called West service and dropped it off and to my surprise they were honest and stayed in contact during the repair. Everything works great and the sway bar is amazing. Thank you and we will be back. Been taking my travel trailer (camper) here for its annual inspection the past couple of years, and they are always professional and courteous. Great experience each time!

My mom used this place for her car inspection and recommended them to me, so I gave it a go. I dropped my car off the night prior to my inspection using their night owl drop box. The next day I was called by Beth, my service advisor (who was very kind and very professional) and was informed of what I needed to pass. They were able to fix the problems for me and have my car out to me that day and by the time I got off work, which was absolutely perfect! The cost was reasonable and expected for labor (I worked in an autobody shop for 3 years so I understand how the labor can be high). This place was better than expected, especially since I’ve dealt with plenty of mechanic shops in my time working with autobody. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car cared for the right way, they are great! I will definitely be using you all more frequently. Special thanks to the technician, Kyle! Recommend West Service Center for any service you may need. I have used them for years for my RV's and they are always professional and thorough.
