Been taking my travel trailer (camper) here for its annual inspection the past couple of years, and they are always professional and courteous. Great experience each time!

My mom used this place for her car inspection and recommended them to me, so I gave it a go. I dropped my car off the night prior to my inspection using their night owl drop box. The next day I was called by Beth, my service advisor (who was very kind and very professional) and was informed of what I needed to pass. They were able to fix the problems for me and have my car out to me that day and by the time I got off work, which was absolutely perfect! The cost was reasonable and expected for labor (I worked in an autobody shop for 3 years so I understand how the labor can be high). This place was better than expected, especially since I’ve dealt with plenty of mechanic shops in my time working with autobody. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car cared for the right way, they are great! I will definitely be using you all more frequently. Special thanks to the technician, Kyle! Recommend West Service Center for any service you may need. I have used them for years for my RV's and they are always professional and thorough. Always willing to answer any questions and assist as needed. Quality work from a great team. Again - highly recommend them for any RV needs in particular but I see all kind of vehicles there. Dropped off my hitch for repairs and they went above and beyond the service I asked of them and made it work better than when it was new. I worked directly with the owner and they charged me so little I offered to pay more just out of satisfaction of their incredible service. It was worth going 45 minutes out of my way for this company. I definitely will be going to them again and recommend everyone else should too. Service: General repairs & maintenance
