Honestly I'm impressed. The hope is not lost. There still honest shops out there and this is one of them.

I took my motorhome there to get a few things done. Adam at the front desk of the service department was great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with West Services again

Called yesterday to see if they had availability for car inspection. Lady told me there were probably too many ahead of me but they would be open tomorrow. I was shocked to hear they could do inspections on Saturday and asked again to verify. She told me yes, they would be there 8 to 5 or 5:30.. I KNOW she told me 5 something. I have a 10 month old so I called to check availability when we pulled up before getting the baby out of the car. The guy that answered told me the inspector left at 12. I told him the lady I spoke with yesterday told me they would be there til 5 something and he made it seem like I was lying because they close at 4. I wish I would've gotten the lady's name because she obviously has no clue what she's talking about. Major inconvenience with a little one. We will now spend the day hoping to find another place to get this done.

There aren’t any RV service centers where I live so I’m extremely happy to find West Service Center. They are definitely worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. Thanks for fitting me into the schedule! I’ll share my experiences with RV owners in my area and recommend West Service Center for RV services!

Really helpful, genuine and kind crew. I was beginning to think that kind of treatment didn't exist in the world anymore. Excellent place to take your camper. Highly recommended!

Great service! RV flat on 64. Quick response changed tire. Went to shop and had 4 new tires in in less than an hour. Military discount included. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

Called yesterday about getting an inspection. They were honest with me about the possible wait, considering it's the last day of the month and a Saturday. Came in before they opened at 745, took my keys and registration. Out in less than an hour and extremely inexpensive. Chatted with guy at the front desk. This is no tread quarters out to get your money. They'll let you know if something's going bad with your car without charging you an arm and a leg to pass you for your inspection.

Great staff mechanics are top notch. Wonderful service. Must say strongly been all over Hampton roads to get quality Limosine work. I have finally found a home. These guys are hpnest. went to military highway and got service that was not worth money paid. Dealership work. Nickel and dime. Instead of fixing everything at once.
