I have used these guys several times now. Had to up the stars because they have sustained their service. It is great that they are intimately familiar with the Fleetwood Bounder motorhome. I think the owner has one. They have quoted me a higher price than what I paid, which reflects honesty. It means they truly assess their labor and make sure the customer is not over charged. Best place for an RV inspection that I have found and can address your needs when present. Adam is a service representative that demonstrates great patience as I am all over the place trying to describe what I am looking for, and he always has a positive attitude which helps quite a bit.

Great service and staff. We are full time RV’ers and needed service to our diesel motor home. They worked us in, without an appointment, diagnosed our EGR cooler needed replacing, got the parts and repaired our coach within 24 hours letting us get back on our way to Louisiana. Definitely recommend this center for motor home needs. Really great group of folks.

Needed a service location to perform a state inspection on my 5th wheel RV. West Service Center was easy to get to, easy drive around the building for navigating the lot, got to me pretty quickly, and they whole staff were very hospitable.

Drove from Smithfield to have my RV inspected, they were courteous and I discussed RV suspension upgrades with one of the guys at the desk. I will be going back for future service.

Called yesterday about getting an inspection. They were honest with me about the possible wait, considering it's the last day of the month and a Saturday. Came in before they opened at 745, took my keys and registration. Out in less than an hour and extremely inexpensive. Chatted with guy at the front desk. This is no tread quarters out to get your money. They'll let you know if something's going bad with your car without charging you an arm and a leg to pass you for your inspection.

Brought the RV in for a state inspection on a Saturday. Got there 20 minutes before opening, had four other customers in line. Inspection went well, inspection completed in a few hours. Friendly staff, respectful of or military veterans. Very satisfied.
