Outstanding facility. They have provided service for several of my vehicles, and I plan to continue with them. Everything from my RV to my jeeps and car. And speak about professionalism and HONESTY? After conducting a rebuild of my Jeep Grand Cherokee (After the dealership couldn't find out what was wrong) it has been running great and a few weeks later, Adam calls me to inform me that they found a monetary error on their part. I was billed for parts that they found were not used and promptly refunded several hundred dollars. You show me a business that looks out for their customers like that in today's world. That speaks volumes to me and that is a damn good reason to continue doing business with them. Professional, friendly, communitive, quality work, reasonable price, and HONEST!

The crew at West have been great to me with my RV, Jeeps, and 1 ton. Honest enough to contact me to say that I was charged for parts that weren't used. The found the error during an audit and promptly refunded several hundred dollars. Show me a business who will do that today?
