RV inspection: arrived 30 minutes prior to opening, first in line. Store front opened, provided information on vehicle, everyone was pleasant, professional and committed to customer support and details. Waited in lobby for a short period and the inspection was completed with all paperwork set, vehicle clean and safe… Third time customer, the only difficulty was due to their efficiency and quality, they are overwhelmed but still manage to be the best RV inspection station in the area. Requires the customer to be flexible, plan and patient, West does great quality work and their employees go out of their way to make the customer feel confident and respected. When issues do occur it is normally caused by customer planning and current events in the USA. West is the best!!

Outstanding facility. They have provided service for several of my vehicles, and I plan to continue with them. Everything from my RV to my jeeps and car. And speak about professionalism and HONESTY? After conducting a rebuild of my Jeep Grand Cherokee (After the dealership couldn't find out what was wrong) it has been running great and a few weeks later, Adam calls me to inform me that they found a monetary error on their part. I was billed for parts that they found were not used and promptly refunded several hundred dollars. You show me a business that looks out for their customers like that in today's world. That speaks volumes to me and that is a damn good reason to continue doing business with them. Professional, friendly, communitive, quality work, reasonable price, and HONEST!

The crew at West have been great to me with my RV, Jeeps, and 1 ton. Honest enough to contact me to say that I was charged for parts that weren't used. The found the error during an audit and promptly refunded several hundred dollars. Show me a business who will do that today? They have earned my business and I will continue with them even it it is a bit of a drive. The staff is always friendly, informative, helpful, and professional. I have been using this center for years to service and inspect my RV. They are always professional when making an appointment, dropping off the vehicle, or picking up. They are a quality place to deal with and I recommend them for any and all work. I will say, they are also very busy so don't wait to make any appointments!
