RV inspection: arrived 30 minutes prior to opening, first in line. Store front opened, provided information on vehicle, everyone was pleasant, professional and committed to customer support and details. Waited in lobby for a short period and the inspection was completed with all paperwork set, vehicle clean and safe… Third time customer, the only difficulty was due to their efficiency and quality, they are overwhelmed but still manage to be the best RV inspection station in the area. Requires the customer to be flexible, plan and patient, West does great quality work and their employees go out of their way to make the customer feel confident and respected. When issues do occur it is normally caused by customer planning and current events in the USA. West is the best!!
