Always feel welcomed by everyone at West Service Center.

The gentleman who inspected our RV was very professional and efficient. He made our experience much better than it might have been! The ladies in the front office were just as professional and efficient! Overall despite the wait a very positive experience.

This shop was able to squeeze me in for an inspection on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. My car was ready quickly and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Another good outcome working with West Service Center. I was worried that I was going to have a large bill, based on the conversation I had when dropping off my RV however, Olivia assured me that they would not do any additional work without conferring with me first. After running a couple of diagnostic tests, they determined that I did not need the additional work done (would have been close to $1000) and I could come and get my RV. There was a charge for the diagnostics but again, it saved me quite a bit of money. I am not always the easiest person to work with (lots of questions and need for explanations) but their ladies in the front counter always work through it.

2019 Harley-Davidson Road Glide inspection. Front desk service writers were great. Inspector, Mike Kelly, was great, thorough, personable and very knowledgeable of Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Inspection only, nice folks and such a clean facility, like a clinic. No funny business and pretty quick. I will be back for repairs. Regulars I talked to seemed very satisfied

They do a lot of work on my ambulances that no one else is will to do. They are awesome and it’s always a pleasure doing business with them. Shelby is the best!!
