What impressed me most was their attention to detail and honestythey took the time to explain the issue and provided options without any pressure to upsell. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff made me feel like a valued customer. My car runs like new now, and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service they can trust!

Had some repairs completed on my vehicle recently and everything was amazing. From the staff at the front counter to the technicians in the back. Huge thank you to West Service Center for their integrity and workmanship.

I was 3rd in-line for a state inspection and I was aware that the inspector goes to lunch at 12 but it took extremely long to inspect those vehicles so of course he goes to lunch and I'm left waiting another hour. Better management of the process would be appreciated

If you value your time and money, skip this place. My father in law who is a mechanic gifted me an oil change and inspection on my vehicle for Xmas. He’s in NC so even though I knew the car was tip top I needed a VA state inspection. Imagine my surprise when my car failed inspection for a bad windshield wiper, and bad brakes. They wanted $160 to change the wipers and $480 for brakes. My husband spent $6, changed the wipers and then we took it to a reputable shop, it passed with no issue. They chose the wrong people to try and cheat. Don’t take your car here!

My truck overheated so I took it to a nearby shop. When they diagnosed it, they said they couldn’t find anything wrong and thought it may have had low coolant levels. After two days it overheated again so I took it to West Service Center. They effectively diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and I haven’t had any trouble since. Good service and good people. Highly recommend.

Sorry for the delay in responding. The holidays got in the way. The generator, on my RV, was serviced, and I have not used it since. Assuming all is good. 😊 I was pleased with the assistance I received from your Service Advisers. Beth Miller took care of writing up the service order and getting it staged to go in the shop. Olivia McDaries was helpful in advising me of the extent of services available at West and scheduled two future appointments. Although I had little interaction with Shelby Mallory, I saw the high level of customer service she provided for some of your other customers. Thankful for the opportunity to build a relationship with West.
