This is the second year I've brought my car to this service center for an annual inspection, driving from Newport News because a friend told me that your team is reliable. I can echo his comments. I waited for my car's inspection; even though there were several others ahead of me; my wait time was quite reasonable, and waiting room quite comfortable for the shorter wait. I do strongly recommend West Service Center for car inspections.

I brought my car in for a safety inspection and as usual from the moment I walked in to the door until the moment I got my sticker, the customer service was top notch. They will work on the rest of my cars for the foreseeable future.

As usual I got great service, the person at the counter took my information and informed me that there were several ahead of me and asked if I wanted to leave it or wait, I waited. A little while later they came and got my truck, and about 30 minutes later returned it and 10 minutes later I was on my way home. They notified me that everything was ok and thank me for my business.
