The staff were nice. However, I had to book an appointment, three months in advance. Appointment was for State inspection, muffler issue, and oil change. After I drop the RV off for scheduled appointment One week went by and they never contacted me so I had to call to get an update. It appeared they hadn’t even looked at it. It took three weeks for me to get it completed and RV ready for pick up. The pricing is over-the-top. I was charged over $800 just to diagnose a small leak in the exhaust (Which I showed them a picture where It was ) and that I needed new spark plugs. This was before any service was done! 🙈 Total repairs were over $3000. Hang onto your wallet
