A few years ago we had another shop do a simple oil change which lead to a catastrophic engine failure, we took the car to West for a new engine and the service was phenomenal, I was in constant communication with the office, to run price quotes, and update timeline expectations. Since then we get all our work and maintenance here, the quotes are fair pricing, the work is done well, and the office is easy to work with.

Outstanding customer service by the young lady that greeting and checked me in and it also continued to the mechanic that did prompt yet thorough service on my vehicle. Thanks!
