Had a flat on going left 58 right off of off ramp at rush hour on a Friday. I pulled over first place I could- the far left lane, the most inconvenient spot to get towed. Called my roadside assistance and the dispatch service texted me asap directing me to call dispatch, Tiffany was incredibly patient since me and SIRI didn't know exactly where I was, I described what I could see. I called back realizing I'd be taken to a service center in the wrong direction from home and she had that changed, I called her again to let her know I was on the far left. She was so professional and no exasperated 'quit calling me now'. When truck showed up, Gerald the driver was coming off the off ramp and muscled his way to the far left- remember rush hour Friday! It was like watching a Transformer come to rescue me. He loaded up my car, answered all my annoying questions and off we went- first time to ride in a tow truck- and I'm ashamed to say his truck inside and out shined, my car looked like a wart on the back of his truck. How he stayed clean and an impeccable uniform is unknown to me. Hope to never need them again, but nice to have that kind of security knowing if I do, I'm going to be ok. Thank you Gerald & Tiffany and West Service Center.

Disappointed in the fact that as I was following my boyfriend out of the parking lot of West Service Center I noticed that the tire pressure was extremely low. A "service center" should be just that, if an employee was paying attention to details and these individuals cared about service -- something would have been done to fix this. It is especially concerning because the tire pressure was SO low that had I not noticed this could have been an extremely dangerous drive back to Virginia Beach. Even further, what happens when children and pets are picked up in a vehicle that is clearly not safe to drive? Shame on the folks that let people drive off like this, I have to assume this was laziness as even a lay person like myself could see there was something very wrong here. Needless to say that I can't support people that don't care about the safety of the people leaving their establishment and I cannot, in good conscious, recommend this establishment to anyone either.

Arrived 15 minutes early for a 9 am appt. made online. Was notified I did not have an appt scheduled because the online appt system does not talk to the reciptionist. with that being said WEST Service Center worked me right in, Service was completed on my 40' Class A Mototrhome and i was back on the road in about an hour. I'll definetly be back, Just wont use the online appt. service...... I'll call

I was very satisfied with the service yesterday. I was told that the tires would be installed by 3:30 pm and they were. I was told that the tires would have a nice highway ride and they have a great ride.
