The people were helpful and polite. The work was completed and checked before giving back to me. The wait however was long due to problem with the lugnuts I was told early on about the problelm.

This visit was a state inspection. I actually dropped my vehicle off two separate times. The first time I was contacted shortly after they pulled the vehicle in for the inspection. They had noticed a minor issue, and contacted me to let me know what they found. I told them I would take the vehicle, correct the problem and then return at a later date. They allowed me to do this, without charging me for the first visit and in fact did not even scrape my sticker and fail it for the first try. I really appreciate the way they handled this (and all) transactions. They have very good relations with their customers and work with, not against us. Thank You West Service Center!!!

Our staff member was at this visit NOT Lee. Staff said they had to wait 3 hours for a part. They said, "Had I known the part was not in stock, I would have had someone pick me up and bring me back to work." Staff member was "not happy" with this experience.

Took my boat trailer for the annual state inspection. In and out fast. Also, the mechanic provided a great suggestion and professional advice in how I could improve the vibration support of the stainless steel brake hydraulic lines. He knew what he was talking about. Thanks West Service Center.
