Always nice, professional, and quick for either of my vehicles. They are pretty popular so aside from state inspections make sure you make your appointment early!

Consistent is the word I would use to review West Service Center.

Ridiculously expensive. Pretty sure is was $3000 for labor costs and $2000 for parts. Don't waste your money and find someone with realistic/fair prices. Also, they're military discount is laughable and doesn't apply to everything. Windshield wiper flew off as I was driving home from their shop, so it wasn't even worth the insane amount spent.

The staff was extremely accommodating and very pleasant to deal with, the service was fast and Michael in the state inspection department was very helpful and gave me a indeapth lesson on how to safely hook up my trailer which I was unaware of and he was already very busy, but I greatly appreciated it. Thank you!

Extremely expensive, but they are thorough and do very good work.

The people were kind and to the point! I had a state inspection all went well, I had a light out they gave me a price and i had them fix it. All was done quickly and professionally. Unless I have and issue I'll see them next year. Thank!!
