Took our 2009 Winnebago motor home for transmission issues. I had previously taken it to a transmission shop and they told me trans was ok and that they thought the catalytic converter was bad. Upon my arrival, Mr Robert West, the shop owner introduced himself and discussed the problem we were having. He then turned me over to Bobbie, a trans technician. I spent most of the day with him diagnosing and road testing. He wanted to do additional testing so I left vehicle with him. After several days I received call telling me that they thought the trans was bad. I was not yet convinced so I asked them to check out catalytic converter. They di d and it was good. I then agreed to have the transmission replaced which was completed in less than a week. Picked up motor home and drove it home. It works great. Only small issues I had was the delay in diagnostics which was over a week, but the tech had to take a few days off. Also thought the diag and converter check costs were a bit high. But overall, I give West Service Center 5 Stars. Mr West, Bobbie, and Adam, the service advisor were great. Courteous. Professional, Knowledgeable, and patient with me and my many questions.
