Nice people my inspection was on my motor home and was great. Didn't take too long and service agent explained all and was courteous and professional thanks I will b back.

Super friendly staff in person and over the phone! Always available! I drop off all of my vehicles on the way to work and they are ready by 2 EVERYTIME!! I have and will always recommend them to anyone!

Took our 2009 Winnebago motor home to West for a transmission issues. It was checked out at a reputable transmission shop and we were told that the transmission was not bad and that they thought the catalytic converter was bad. I took it to West snd after considerable testing they said it was the transmission. Still not convinced. I asked them to check the catalytic converter which they did and it was good. Their diagnosis pointed to the transmission. I okay the transmission replacement and it works great. Only minor issues we had was a delay in diagnosis and the cost of diagnosis but Bobbie the tech did spend considerable time on it. I gave West Service a 5 star rating. Mr West. Adam. Service advisor, and Bobbie the technician were all super. Great customer service. Professional. Courteous and experienced. I definitely recommend West Service Center for your service and repair needs. Thank you Robert West and staff.

Took our 2009 Winnebago motor home for transmission issues. I had previously taken it to a transmission shop and they told me trans was ok and that they thought the catalytic converter was bad. Upon my arrival, Mr Robert West, the shop owner introduced himself and discussed the problem we were having. He then turned me over to Bobbie, a trans technician. I spent most of the day with him diagnosing and road testing. He wanted to do additional testing so I left vehicle with him. After several days I received call telling me that they thought the trans was bad. I was not yet convinced so I asked them to check out catalytic converter. They di d and it was good. I then agreed to have the transmission replaced which was completed in less than a week. Picked up motor home and drove it home. It works great. Only small issues I had was the delay in diagnostics which was over a week, but the tech had to take a few days off. Also thought the diag and converter check costs were a bit high. But overall, I give West Service Center 5 Stars. Mr West, Bobbie, and Adam, the service advisor were great. Courteous. Professional, Knowledgeable, and patient with me and my many questions. I definitely highly recommend West Service Center for your repair and service needs. Thank you Robert West and staff. A
