NAPA Peace of Mind Warranty

It’s a written warranty that is honored at more than 12,000 locations nationwide – more than any other automotive repair brand. So – no matter where your travels take you – if you ever experience a problem with a covered repair, you can count on a NAPA AutoCare Center being nearby.
Truck (Heavy-Duty) Warranty
Your local NAPA Truck Service Center offers the NAPA Truck Service Over the Road Warranty on qualifying repairs for commercial, highway use vehicles for 45-days with unlimited mileage. Additionally, some NAPA Truck Service Centers may also perform collision and / or light mechanical repairs and these repairs would therefore be covered within the warranty terms as stated within these respective warranties.
Services covered include:
- Air conditioning, heating and climate control systems.
- Engine cooling system(s).
- Engine performance or drivability services and repair.
- Emission control system(s).
- Fuel system(s).
- Electronic engine management system and other on-board computer systems (engine, body, brake and suspension computers), cruise control systems.
- Brake system(s).
- Starting and charging systems.
- Electrical system(s).
- Exhaust system(s).
- Ignition system(s).
- Steering/suspension systems, wheel bearings, CV joints, half-shafts and drive shafts.
- Other minor repairs.
- Additional warranty benefits may apply.
Services and vehicles not covered by this warranty:
- ENGINE Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.
- TRANSMISSION, TRANSAXLES Automatic – any internal repair or component replacement requiring the removal of the automatic transmission or transaxle from the vehicle or disassembly of the same. Manual, any repair to a manual transmission requiring the removal of the transmission for the repair to be performed.
- DRIVE AXLE/DIFFERENTIAL ASSEMBLY Any repair or component replacement requiring the removal of internally lubricated components or replacement of the drive axle/differential assembly.
- CLUTCHES
- BODY, PAINT, MOLDING REPAIR
- TIRES
- PASSENGER VEHICLES and certain COMMERCIAL VEHICLES Repairs on passenger vehicles may be covered under the terms of the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind Warranty

If you think you may be experiencing a problem with a recent covered repair and you cannot return to your original repairing NAPA Truck Service Center, please call 1-888-925-5428 and you will be directed to the nearest NAPA Truck Service Center.

Jasper Warranty
JASPER warrants components against defects in our workmanship and material in accordance with the schedules and limitations outlined below. Repairs or replacement will be made at the JASPER factory within a reasonable time after notice and upon receipt of the goods deemed to be defective per the schedules and limitations of our written warranty.
